Below is a list of what we think to be Cali’s top 10 attractions. California is found on the western coast of US and is a preferred destination for tourists from around the world. California has a few countrywide parks, quiet northerly forests, fantastic skiing opportunities, beaches, the classic Golden Gate Bridge, vineyards, Disneyland, Hollywood, castles, the Sierras, Giant redwoods, aquariums and lovely sunsets / dawn over the Pacific Sea .

One. LA and Anaheim : Disneyland Resort and theme park is found in Anaheim and is the 1st home of Mickey Mouse. You can enjoy gripping rides, live shows for the youngsters and parades of famous cartoon & Hollywood characters. Additional things to see include the California adventure centre and Sorcery Dominion . LA is renowned for Hollywood district found northwest of Downtown. Other stuff to see include the Legoland, L.A, County Museum of Art and La Brea Tar Pits.

Two. San Francisco : stuffed with tons of holiday maker attractions, the most famed ones are the Alcatraz Island which was used to be a maximum security jail, Golden Gate suspension bridge which is classic symbol of the town, Golden gate park, China city, Downtown San Francisco, the colourful Fisherman’s Quay ( and Pier 39 ) with fantastic seafood eateries and a few traveller activities, USS Midway which is an aeroplane carrier and served the Navy during the past but now a museum ship, open to the general public. Not to miss is the Cable Automobile System which is the sole manually functioning wire automobile system in the world.

Three. Napa Valley : Visited by millions of travellers each year, it’s the famous wine growing area of California. Extra things to enjoy include the Wine Train, Culinary institute of America, Old dependable geyser, Safari West wildlife tours, petrified forest, Opera house and hot air balloon ride over the valley.

Four. Yosemite State Park : It is one of the first badlands parks in the US, preferred attractions in the park include El Capitan, Eagle Top , Glacier Point, Half Dome, Mariposa Grove, Ribbon Fall, Yosemite Falls, Yosemite Valley, Bridal Veil Fall and Sentinel Dome.

Five. Lake and Mount Shasta : Found north of Redding, lake Shasta is a great recreational area besieged by stunning mountains, it’s also feted for Lake Shasta caves. Mount Shasta is found further north and a wonderful place for camping, trekking and climbing up the majestic mountain.

Six. Sequoia State Park : This park and the diagonally opposite Kings Ravine Parks are home to the giant Sequoia and Redwood trees. Most famed sites are General Grant Tree, General Sherman Tree, Giant Forest, Grant Grove, Muir Grove, Kings Ravine and the Redwood Mountain Grove.

Seven. San Simeon – Hearst Castle : Found halfway between LA and San Francisco, this estate is a pastiche of consequential architectural styles. Accessible only by a booked tour bus, the castle itself is 5 miles inland on a hill.

Eight. Monterey Bay Aquarium : It is found 110 miles south of San Francisco and displays an enormous assortment of sea life including sharks, octopuses, fishes, wolf-eel, jelly fish and lots more. It is found close to the Cannery row area of Monterey.

Nine Sea World & the Zoo Of San Diego : San Diego Sea World covers 150 acres of Mission Bay, the famous San Diego Zoo is part of Balboa Park.

Ten. Sonoma Valley & Bodega bay : Sonoma Valley is home to a couple of the earliest wineries in the state and offers year round holidays and events, including the distinguished Sonoma Valley Film Holiday . Other attractions include Quarryhill Botanic Garden, Russian brook, Jack London State Significant Park, Train City , The Sonoma Piazza and the famous Bodega bay shore next to the Pacific sea.
